   The Perro de Presa Canario: Its true origin. Author Manuel Curto Gracia         
"THE PRESA CANARIO DOG: Its True Origin", of which I am the author, was first published in 1991. It's 2000 published copies sold out immediately. I have frequently been asked since then to publish another book. Another book? I wonder, "For what?" Perhaps a better idea than publishing another book is to put the 1991 book in the hands of anyone who would like it. For afterall, on the genesis (the real origins) of the Presa Canario dog, little remains to be said. And since for some time now the greatest demonstrated interest in this breed stems from abroad, and not from within Spain, I thought that the best option would be to offer my book in two versions (Spanish and English) over the Internet. The Spanish version is for all you Spanish-speaking fans out there, and the English version for all of you who are English-speaking or can at least read and understand English.
New chapters of the book will be put on the Internet. After the last chapter has been sent out, anyone who so desires may download both versions from our Website.
